I purchased a Limited Edition Gold Mug from 7/Eleven on 08/26/17 at store number 33159. This promotion promises your 1st cup free, free refills on Monday and 99 cent refills Tuesday through Sunday. I went to 7-Eleven Store number 20014 and they refused to honor the promotion even though I had the promotional retail packaging still on the cup. I don't think that 7-Eleven should sell a product with a promotion that they are unwilling to honor. Moreover, this particular store that charges a higher price for coffee products than any other store. I buy the extra large original cappuccino every day and this store charges 10 cents more for their coffee products than any other store. I have noted the same issue with other items that I purchase from their store as well.

Well first of all I walked in tonight and the floors were sticky. So apparently the employee working at night has a problem when you take your time picking out your items. He came up to me and told me I had to hurry up. Says I touch every thing. It was rude and I won't buy from this station again.
