Wingstop

The absolute worst wingstop I have been to in America! The fries were soooo soggy and had no flavor at all but dirty grease! The wings were the worst wings I’ve ever had from wingstop they had absolutely no season nor did I taste any flavor I picked garlic Parmesan, lemon pepper, and Louisiana dry rub! They did not actually put any flavor on the wings! Also the restroom was super dirty. A disappointment to the franchise. SMH

I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! IN GENERAL I AM A VERY PATIENT PERSON BUT THIS STORE IS SO WRONG! I WENT IN ON MY 45MIN LUNCH AND ORDERED 2 6 PIECE MEALS! NOBODY WAS THERE WHEN I CAME IN AS FAR AS CUSTOMERS BUT ONE MAN ORDERING ONE MEAL! I ORDERED WAITED AND THEN 30 MIN PASSED. BY THE WAY THE COUPLE BEHIND ME GOT THEIR ORDER BEFORE MINE WHICH IS CRAZY. I ASKED 3 TIMES WHEN MY ORDER WAS GOING TO BE READY AND WAS TOLD 5 THEN AGAIN 6 MIN. SO NOW 40 MIN PASSED 6MIN PASSED AND NOTHING CUSTOMERS SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRID! NOT ONE EMPLOYEE WAS ACKNOWLEDGING ME NO UPDATE NO APOLOGY FOR THE WAIT NOTHING!!!!! IM IN DISBELIEF THAT A STAFF COULD BE SO RUDE! I WONT EVER COME.HERE ND WONT REFER ANYONE HERE.I HAD TO EVENTUALLY ASK FOR A REFUND FOR MY FOOD AND THE MANAGER JOSE AT THE TIME JUST SAID OK WHERES YOUR CARD. IN NO WAY DID HE CARE OR TRY TO ACCOMMODATE ME FOR WASTIMG MY ENTIRE ON THEM. IM DISGUSTING THE STORE WAS DIRTY ON TOP OF EVERYTHING AS A MANAGER MYSELF I WOULD HAVE SQUD OUR APOLOGIES EXPLAIN THE REASON FOR ALL THE INCONVENIENCE AND REFUND ME VUT STILL OFFER MY FOOD OR A GIFT CARD FOR NEXT TIME BUT NOT A THING!!! ITS SAD THAT SOMEONE COULD HAVE NO CONSIDERATION FOR WASTING AND PERSONS TIME ESPECIALLY IF THAT PERSON WAS ON THEIR LUNCH!

Went in today for the very first time, and Darlene was so patient and helpful in answering all my questions. The manager had her jumping from task to task, and she did it very well. I wasn't liking how the manager was doing it. Got the garlic parmesan boneless wings, and it was pretty salty, and the outer crust was a little hard. A little on the pricey side.

Ordered online. As i arrived got the alert my food was ready. Stood in line for ten minutes. Received my food and my fries were cold and oversalted. I don't know if this place is just too busy or the employees can't handle the foot traffic? But i dont recommend this location at all. I'd rather drive three miles to the next closest location...
