Oh! Sushi

We ordered to go then decided to eat in THEIR outside dining tables only to be told that they don’t allow dining outside if you order to go. It’s there own food though 🤦🏾‍♀️ So we sit at the tables outside another restaurant next to oh sushi to eat THEIR food and while eating 2 other customers who order to go are walking out and say “their customer service is poor”…. Also served us half cooked veggie tempura and the tempura and the sauce tasted weird, not sweet like usual but sour. The orange chicken was hard like it had been in the cooker for a while. Last time eating here for sure.

I probably won't eat here again honestly, the food wasn't horrible but the service wasn't great. When the lady brought our food she didn't know the difference between the rolls and kept handing us the wrong ones. They checked on us once after like 20 minutes and my husband's drink was empty and she didn't offer to fill it until we asked. When we got the check we saw 10% gratuity was added, I didn't feel like they really deserved that big of a tip. In my opinion a tip is based on your service and the service was not very good. I understand some people live off their tips but when I waitressed I earned my tips with good service. I asked if there was a sign cuz I didn't see one and there was. Very small in the menu. Again the food wasn't bad so if you don't care then go for it but it wasn't a good experience for me to return.

Tried the teriyaki chicken bento box, tiger roll, and spicy tuna roll. Overall, it was not bad, but wasn't great. Prices were fair in my opinion. Spent $41, 2 bento boxes and the 2 rolls. The tiger roll was too oily and the batter too thick. The spicy tuna wasn't too good. It was "watery" or, not firm. Employees were friendly, service was good, place was clean. Again, not bad, but wouldn't really recommend.

So I was down in a doozy right? I thought “why not go get sushi to cheer me up” instead I’m greeted with an older lady female who has no interest in common decency or customer service. Very disappointed. I asked for my order and she asked me “did you pay.” Why tf would I ask for my order if I didn’t pay. Almost an hour rolls around and still nothing for just four rolls of sushi for me and my boyfriend. She didn’t even go check on the order or anything like that. Highly disappointed, this restaurant doesn’t even deserve one star.
