Conveniently located in the Collection, right off the highway. Service is ok. There’s a good variety of options. Food is average. But if you’re looking for something relatively healthy and different to eat, particularly sandwiches and soups this is a good option. Mediterranean bowl was decent. Chipotle avocado sandwich was pretty good.

Been a while since I've visited Panera and missed the bagels, they smelled so good especially after toasted and with a heaping pile of cream cheese just pure bliss! Opted for text messaging to let me know when order is ready for pickup, this works great if you're not in a hurry! Tue's baker's dozen for the win! . . . Original review: Improvement can be made toward the rapid pickup service - most of the times, my order is not ready and it's usually a cookie or something that doesn't require any preparation.

Food is very delicious, my order has been made incorrectly once , the manager did apologize and offered to give me a refund. I think people who are use to eating dairy don’t realize other people are not them and May have food allergies or restrictions to their diet. I wasn’t upset, I just didn’t want to deal with the internal consequences dairy causes to my body. Their system seems a bit disorganized, there’s no greeting, I believe they may be understaffed. Simple way to fix is attentiveness and practicing better listening skills. Perhaps the treatment coming from management to their other levels of the team is not the best I’m not sure, but it seems like some of the employees don’t like being here, I could be wrong. Whatever’s going on I do love Panera bread. People make mistakes and I’m not going to be as people call these days a “Karen” for expecting accuracy. Thank you for doing your job.

Bad experience at this location. 1st they had very few item on the menu available due to a catering event. Poor planning! 2nd after being told “we are out of that” a dozen times they entered our order wrong and had to go back to the counter to correct them. >$30 for 1 1/2 sandwiches and 1/2 salad? To add, the restrooms were out of paper towels and 1/2 in service. They should use a few dollars of their excessive profit hire talent and maintain their facilities.

I've flip-flopped on this review a few times but I'm over it now. This place lies and claims orders are ready 1-2 minutes after an online order, and then 20 minutes later it's still not on the pickup counter because they're too lazy to walk the 5 feet required. Coffee counter is neglected. Items are regularly forgotten. Literally just do your job, please.

Outstanding choice for late-evening take out. Handcrafted meals that taste homemade. Our pick tonight was piping hot onion soup with a fresh Cobb salad and green goddess dressing. Dessert was an orange scone and a layered Italian pastry with roasted almonds and drizzled lemon icing. Hibiscus tea is excellent.
