pretty good :) had the muddy bubble tea and it was great! i've seen reviews that say the customer service was pretty bad but the lady who seemed to be the manager was pretty nice even though some of the other employees seemed a bit depressed. overall pretty good but the place needed a bit of cleaning and the bubbles were a bit chewy

Only recently found this gem of a place, now I can’t stop going. The staff are brilliant I was there around half 5 today, I got a strawberry & cream (Pink Lady) it was delicious. There was a lovely lady who served me I wish I got her name, she was so kind and sweet. I really enjoy coming here every time I’m in town. The prices are very good also, lots of options for drinks. Again staff are lovely, especially the one who took my order today :-) you’re awesome!

I went this bubble tea shop yesterday and tried their drink Passion fruit booster it was tasty and fantastic. But I want to share my experience while ordering I noticed two Chinese girls ahead of me wasted my time and the employee's time by talking to each other than actually ordering and then started arguing about the price and confused the employee with their strange orders. After the employee made their drinks, the girls accused her of making the wrong drink and the employee tried to remake their drink instead they left without apologizing or taking the drink offered. It was disheartening to witness their disrespectful behaviour towards the employee, and I later saw a negative review written by one of the girls. Employees deserve to be treated with respect and kindness, and I hope people will show more consideration towards those working in the service industry.
