I love 5 guys so much. I go there and dine almost 5/7 days a week! I never get tired of it. The service is great, lobby and bathrooms are clean, and food is amazing! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Restaurant was filthy. Food barely passable. Service was a joke.
So about 10 days ago I called the corporate number from 5 Guys sent to me, as I was instructed. The message also asked for contact information, including phone number and the call I thot I would get regarding my disastrous dining experience never came. It seems to me they aren't really interested in rectifying problems such as the one mentioned in my complaint.

Raw burger, cold uncooked fries. This place has gone down hill fast. Shame.

Decided to try again. The fries cost too much for what you get. I ordered a Little bacon burger with lettuce, I got 3 pieces of lettuce.

Everything made to order. Service fast and friendly. Food good. Loved extra fries for the ride back to work!
