Pizza Hut

Just ordered 12 garlic parmesan traditional wings, 12 bone out honey bbq wings. After waiting almost 50 minutes this is what arrived. Had to call to find out where the garlic parmesan wings where, they told me they found them and will send them out. No apologies or explanations or offer of partial reimbursement. Never ordering from this place again.

Ordered a large stuffed crust super supreme. Given an estimated delivery time of 3:37pm. I stay 3 miles from this location. At 3:20 I receive notification that my pizza is out for delivery. 3:57 I'm calling the store to find out where my pizza is. They tell me they were backed up with orders and only had 1 driver but my pizza was on the way and should be there in under 10 minutes and offered me 50% off for the inconvenience. 4:15, 55 minutes after notification pizza is on the way, still no pizza so I decided to drive to Firehouse Subs. 4:20 I'm waiting for my sub and the Pizza Hut driver calls to verify my address. Told him to take it back to the store I cancel my order.

My friends and I try to meet up annually. This year we selected Pizza Hut as our location. I got there first a little early and gave them warning on our count (10-12 people). They readied themselves and then proceeded to be the best servers we've ever had. We assured them that we didn't expect food to be delivered simultaneously, but that we would order as we arrived, and eat when it was done cooking. (This put them at ease) By request, they brought us a dozen glasses and two pitchers of water which they kept full for two hours. For those that wanted soda, they kept individual cups full all night. Everything was as ordered, and we all had a good time. The music was great, and they left the tv off when we said we didn't want it on. Our server also managed to keep all of our tickets straight.

our experience was less than pleasing, at the salad bar we experienced crawling bugs in the food, ordered a large pizza and two ice teas and the end charge came to over 25 dollars. We now understand why there was no one in the store when every other pizza location in town was packed. It would appear pizza hut corp should spend some time and money to enable this location.

It is delicious. Though I know some knowledge about restaurants. My advice is to pick up your own order if you want it to be fresh. This is why your pizza at Casey's is pretty fresh at pick up unless you are +20 minutes late from pick up time. Delivering pizza is not only difficult because you have deal with traffic but the bags they have can only hold heat for so long. If you pick it up it will be held in a warmer. Lets not complain about food delivery. Other than so I love their cheese stuff crust, pasta, and garlic knots.

What a great experience. I have to say Lisa was an amazing, energetic, friendly and efficient employee. She was buying around the restaurant taking custom orders for the pizza buffet, bringing refills, smiling and cheerful. The pizza was good since it was custom. The salad bar was spotless and had basically everything you would want. Iceberg mix. Would have been nice to also have romaine but then you'd have to nix the fixings so not a big deal. When we were leaving and paid we commented how impressed we were with Lisa and the cashier said "Yeah, she comes in at 8 and gets the whole salad bar prepared and makes some standard pizzas all by herself". Oh, and the restaurant was spotless too.

They are either great or they suck. There is no in between. Today, the day after Christmas I didn't want to eat left overs, so with the help of Owasso Pizza Hut, I got to pay $40 for cold pizza. The pizza was supposed to be here at 2 and the driver arrived at 2:20. I asked if it was still warm and he said no it was a little cold and rainy. There you go. The last time we ordered pizza, I told my wife that was the last time I ordered from Pizza Hut because it was cold then too. Well, I messed up and gave them another shot. Tried to call several times to complain, but they have their phones rolled to the main number. By the way, we live 7 minutes from the store. UNREAL!
