I ordered a chicken bacon Swiss sandwich. the chicken patty is so old and hard. I wouldn’t even feed this to my dog. if I felt like getting in my car I would take it back up there but I’m already at home so I just wasted $10 on a meal because my fries were old too!!!

best Arby's sandwich I had since moving to this state. French Dip was fresh and delicious. Au jus wasn't too salty nor too watery.

The food is ok, but the place is filthy not one single clean table in the place, the girl at the counter didn't smile, say hello or anything. We were the only customers in there I know why now. The staff all looks younger, sad we like arby's but will skip this one until some changes are made.

If I had to base my decision on whether I'd eat at Arby's again, based on this experience. I'd never eat this again.
The roast beef tasted bland, and the curly fries just tasted bad...

Food was good they gave it to me very fast. Cashier guy was very friendly but the girl that took my order was maybe mad I was using a coupon or something? Idk because she was seriously rude to me. After talking to her I still tried to stay polite but she clearly wasn’t having it.

First time my mother and I have been to this Arby's location and I'm more than pleased with the service I received here. Kiowa (the young gentleman who took our order) was very kind, friendly and was quick to help us with whatever we needed all while wearing a smile the entire time (I couldn't actually see his face because he was wearing a mask, but i could hear the smile in his voice). I love Arby's food and I've been to locations all over the US, but usually I'm slightly disappointed in service whether it's because of lack of hospitality (which is usually the case) or the food quality was poor, but that was not the case this time. This is by far, the best Arby's location I've been to. The food was nice and hot, the staff were very hospitable and friendly. The diner was clean and well maintained. I will definitely be back again! Thank you to Kiowa and the other members on staff today for the wonderful experience I just received!
