Mcdonald's

This review is based on my curbside experience. Long wait times. Can never get a hold of anyone when you try to call the number given on here. After a few rings, it sounds like a fax machine picks up so you can NEVER get any customer service that way. Fries are never fresh. They've left out our kids meal drinks each time. The servers who bring out your food are not friendly.

I had the worst breakfast, I've ever had this morning from this store. Normally, this store is good but this morning I ordered an Egg McMuffin with bacon and 2 hash browns. The hash browns were barely warm and that was the best part. The English muffins were barely toasted and tasted almost raw or unthawed, and the egg was what looked like was imitation scrambled egg; when did they go away from the egg white (poached egg) look? I tried to call and talk to a manager to see what their story was, but the phone # sends me to a fax, thanks for the shattered eardrum and lousy breakfast. I hope you bounce back or this will be a place I stay away from.

The you manager had no management training. I had a deal coupon from the app and was ready to use it and she said we don't carry those we never have, like I should have known that. It was the daily deal and I can only us one coupon, I asked for an alternative and she said no and rudely walked away. No eye contact and never any smile. Come on guys mc Donald's is supposed to be nice, I think this lady forgot that.
