It was okay it's not good like it used to be. I miss the big Montana sandwich. They really need to bring it back and put it in a reasonably priced meal and not make it a $12 sandwich on its own. I want the 5.99 Montana in the 7.99 meal. They need to bring the potato Puffs back and they changed the Jamocha shake it doesn't taste the same. The regular roast beef should be on the 2/$6 menu and left there. Things should be left alone people want what they want we don't want $3 chicken nuggets we don't want a beef and cheddar on an onion bun and you need to change the curly fries back so that they're actually curly fries and not little pieces of hard to eat fried potatoes.

Today got the Half pound French dip extra Swiss....gotta say it's very fulfilling, sweet tea isn't to sweet which is good. Mozzarella sticks could be better I'd say 30 secs more in fryer.

At approximately 8 pm my boyfriend and I went in to eat at Ottumwa restaurant. Lobby was empty and filthy. There was 4 employees. It wasn't busy so no reason for filth. Employees were eating on front line out of fryers. And drinking soda. One employee was messing with her hair and cursing threw bag on floor. It was very unprofessional. Took over 30 minutes to get our food. Won't be going back to this Arby's

Came in when it was a bit busy, but my order was taken in a timely fashion. My order was hot, fresh, and accurate. The restrooms were pretty clean as well.

We ordered the 2 for 6 roast beef and fish . Roast beef was good but my fish was dried out bun alittle tuff rubbery.wont order it again. Neither was very warm. This was at 430 pm expected food to be hot an fresh at this time . Staff was nice at drive thru window.

Not a good meal, my beef and cheddar was cold took it back the 2nd one was cold fries were tasteless and small and crunchy plus over 35.00 for 3 lunches

It was nice. They were out of turn overs though. Nice that they had chargers on table. I much needed one.

The place was kept clean & orderly
Was happily satisfied with my visit as always
