The staff at this location are so rude. I purchased 10 timbits like a few days ago and once I arrived home to give them to my daughter, I realized they weren’t the ones I wanted. I called the store right away and spoke to the manager who’s name I can’t pronounce who told me next time I come in to say the staff are to give me 10 tidbits free. So today I go and the ignorant employees said no and argued with me saying there are no other tidbits that look like the old fashion plain which there are. They look like old fashion plain but weren’t as they were either sour cream and glazed or some flavour like ginger? All I know they were disgusting and not the ones I paid for. The manager should take down customers names and put it in a book so we don’t have to endure rudeness from other employees as well they would see our name in the book. Other customers looked at me like I was being difficult or just wanted free food. I was only asking for the replacement I was promised. Let me add that I have over 400 points saved up so if I wanted free food I could just use my points. Don’t ever go to this location as they don’t keep their promises to customers. They rip off customers who pay for stuff and don’t get what they paid for.

This Tim Hortons lacks customer service. I ordered a CHICKEN BACON RANCH wrap, was given a spicy chicken wrap with pickles… I politely went back and asked for my original order. The manager then gave me dirty looks and sarcastically yelled out my order and gave it back to me, AGAIN wrong order. I later had to go back and demand a refund and asked for CHICKEN BACON RANCH. On my third time I finally got my order right. Needless to say, worst service ever. The ladies are great though.

Staff at this location shouts. It’s pretty uncomfortable, as a customer, to have them shout at you when you’re in line, then when you’re with them at the cash and then go get your food back. I get this isn’t Starbucks but it also isn’t an open place marketplace. It’s a coffee shop!!! I will not be coming back for more

Racist Security.... Bad place... We here to have food, while waiting for food havent come to table...this racist Security have walking around many time and keep staring at us... We dont feel comfortable... Complaint already to the manager .... Not recommend to anyone if this racist Security still here

I live in Oshawa and decided to treat my Granddaughter to lunch in Ottawa. I placed the order using my Grandaughter's phone in the event the driver had issues. She received an email telling her the order wouldn't arrive till 9pm yet my app said the order was being processed. 🤷‍♀️ I placed the order at 11:35 and it arrived at 12:45 a 6 minute drive? Driver got lost, order arrived with 5 loose items, no bag. I phoned the store, complained about the no bag issue because Doordash is responsible for the delivery part. He wouldn't let me speak and interrupted me constantly. Finally he apologized and told us to come by next visit. She did enjoy her lunch.😊
