Arby's

I go here to get my fur babies the 2 for $6 roast beef sandwiches plain no bun once or twice a week. No matter what is going on that day These guys are the most friendly people in the fast food industry. Always polite and smiling and ready to take your order no matter how crazy the order may be. Let me just say this too I don't know anyone who works there either. I am so impressed with how they conduct them selves as a team and as a company no matter how good or bad their day is going. So Great job well done to all the Arby's workers at the Ottawa Kansas location. I am a very happy customer and will be back again soon. My fur babies Adrain Rocky and Apollo thank you too.

I ordered 2 6 piece nuggets and some nuggets were the same size if not smaller than a quarter and the rest of the nuggets were a chicken strips cut into tiny pieces. Then I asked for ranch and they ended up giving me some sort of garlic mayonnaise sauce in a plastic cup. They could have just said they were out of nuggets and ranch. I would have just changed my order or went somewhere else. Also, this was at 6:30 at night so nowhere near closing so no reason not to make more. Will not be returning to this location
