Dunkin'

Okay, we finally tried the grilled cheese sandwich with basil pesto and sun-dried tomato. Listen, I love me a good breakfast sandwich...but truth be told, I'm underwhelmed. I definitely plan on trying it again because sometimes food can be a hit or miss. Anyway, pesto was only on one slice of bread, the tomatoes were in the center of the slice with the pesto and there was too much cheese. I'm not sure if the sandwich comes with what appears to be three slices of cheese but this is too much. I did a bit of deconstructing to spread the tomatoes across the whole slice of bread so that I can have the full experience of savoring all the flavors in each bite. With the addition of egg and red onion this sandwich can be a favorite amongst the DD family. Thanks DD chefs and menu creators.

They just never get your order right. I stopped coming to this location for this reason and ended up trying again today, same issue. Asked for Carmel hot coffee, got a hazelnut. Donuts were atleast 1-2 days old and the snackin' bacon was cold and probably from yesterday too. Just find a different Dunkin, not worth coming here.

Honestly will never come back to this location. We saw them bagging up donuts and putting them back on the shelf to save for the next day one night before close. That explains why 3 weeks into November we were still getting Halloween donuts 🤮🤮🤮 the coffee is literally always wrong. Oh and make sure if you forget to use your rewards to get a receipt. I have noticed multiple times they added a donation or extra item that I specifically said no to. Worst dunkin around.

I came in this evening begging to use the bathroom for my toddler twins. After waiting minutes to be acknowledged, with no one else in store. The girl at the counter was pleasant but had to ask the person who appeared to be “in charge.” He first didn’t answer her for minutes and she said “they are little boys.” He turned to me and told me to run to chipotle. Seriously?!? My babes were literally in tears they had to go so bad. Needless to say we had an accident, running to chipotle. I have frequented this place for years. Literally a customer almost daily and I will never step foot in here again.

Go to a different Dunkin, terrible, the guy at the drive the intercom was yelling when repeating my order. I asked for a Strawberry glazed, but he repeated frosted, I again told him glazed, I got a frosted. My pumpkin donut as you can see looks like it was possibly bitten or separated poorly. Go to the Dunkin on Orchard instead, always good. This location is terrible, never planning on going here again.
