I go to Dunkin multiple times a week because I have lost control of my life. The staff are great. Like that drive thru line gets insane but they just keep cool and work hard. Dunkin employees are braver than most.

Nice place for the quick cup of joe or a bite to eat on the road. There are plenty of Dunkins in the city of Oswego personally I believe 3 to be too many but "America Runs on Dunkin ". Good service quality coffee about what you'd expect from a Dunkin.

Love going to Dunkin nearly everyday. Recently I've been getting the refreshers which are amazing! My favorite drink it the iced vanilla chai latte which I won't order at the dunkin. They make it like milk everytime u like the other dunkins but, that's my only complaint. The associates have always been nice and even the dogs love going for their pupcups.

The service has been much better. I'm a regular, so it's nice to go in and have them greet me by name. They're in the process of remodeling the place, but still keeping up with things! Apparently switching to "in tap"!

The staff there couldn't be nicer and more helpful. I was up recently on a fishing trip and used my Dunkin' app to place an order. I read the app wrong and placed the order at the wrong store (which was actually closed at that time of the morning). Without hesitation, the staff at this Dunkin' said "No problem" and had my order out in minutes. We continued to stop there the rest of the week and were met with the same pleasant and helpful attitude. Really a great group of people there!
