Pizza Hut Ormeau

Ordered Pepperoni but this was not Pepperoni. Tasted horrible! I called and no one answered. It also had small black ▪️ plastic dots on the bottom of the pizza. That's a massive health and safety issue!!! I also accidentally clicked delivery (paid) when I wanted pick up. I called and no one answered. Partner went to pick up and they refused to refund the delivery cost. This store should not be open due to the lack of customer service and health issues putting black plastic in their pizza!

Have NEVER had a good experience with this store. Numerous times our orders are incorrect and when you try to contact the store in numerous ways, they don’t answer. I’ve even gone into the store only to be told that the manager wasn’t available. We ordered quite a few pizzas a few weeks ago, and one of the pizzas was a BBQ Chicken. No chicken or mushroom. Literally cheese and BBQ sauce. That’s it. Bearing in mind that because it’s a premium pizza it’s more expensive where we are more than happy to pay for but actually expect to receive what we’ve ordered & it was also a Sunday so we got charged an extra $5, which I’m understanding of. But honestly I’m done giving this store any more chances. We love Pizza Hut but won’t order from here again.

Honestly Guys, get yourselves sorted. Although your pizza's taste great, your execution of getting orders processed in order is abysmal. Very annoying when you go into the store and order. Told 10 to 20 minutes for pick up. Still waiting 30 mins later as others come in order while you wait and leave with their pizzas. Please make and cook pizzas in order. Don't pick and choose which orders you feel like making. Although the lovely young lady on the counter was so apologetic it was very obvious that the process from order to finish was all over the place. I gathered there were some new staff but what was the supervisor doing. I will be back because you do make a good pizza, just get your selves organised.

Will not buy from here again. My first experience was terrible but I just passed that off as a one off situation, my second and last time was even worse. The driver turned up and the first thing she said was “the boxes are a bit broken but I assure you your food is fine”…. My food was not fine, the pizza looked like they had gone around a race track in a drift car, the pizzas were squished to one side of the boxes with all the toppings off, the chips were half cooked and the honey soy wings that I ordered had about a teaspoon of sauce of them. It was a mission to get the store to answer their phone. The manager was reluctant to refund me, but eventually said she would and it would take 3-4 days. 12 days later and 3 more phone calls I was refunded the cost of just the pizzas. Ridiculous!!

Ignored over and over again. Made a complaint online and haven’t heard. Messaged through messenger and now I’m being ignored. I have been patient over the situation. My order came and the pizza topping was on the side not on the pizza and the other was cold and horrible. Not recommend as customer service is absolutely trerrible.

Usually this is a top notch store but after the pizza and service we received on Saturday 03/04/21 I would not recommend. We ordered a 2 pizza drink and garlic bread deal to be delivered, our pizza arrived and had been made on the wrong crust Pan not Traditional we paid for extra cheese on both and extra pepperoni on the other, the meat lovers arrived with no cheese a mountain of meat and smothered in BBQ sauce, the pepperoni had no extra pepperoni or extra cheese, when we called we where offered to have the pizza remade and delivered, the manager on duty delivered the pizzas the boxes arrived wet and the pizza the pepperoni the bases where folded under the cheese and the meat lovers was not much better, I was offered a store credit and refund which I am yet to see. Definitely a disappointing experience.

First of all the gluten free pizza here is 👌delightful. 2nd the staff on at 7.30- 8pm tonight (17/06/22) deserves a raise after dealing with what me and my family witnessed tonight. We arrived to order our pizza before groceries and happened to walk in where a group was absuing the staff. The staff remained calm and collected. I'm glad that all staff ok and unharmed. Would suggest better security for staff after certain drama happens such as tonight.
