This is the best Taco Bell I've been to!! Really good portion size and it was actually tasty! The staff was also very kind and fun to talk to.

Great place to eat! Food was hot always correct better than cleveland ohios toco bell on 117th!!!! 100% would door dash from Florida to Ohio if it was possible thank you for taking the time to make sure we had a wonderful experience 5 stars

I ordered a couple of the spicy grilled chicken burritos and honestly they were the best ones I've ever had. I have no idea what exactly that made them so good but they were the best. I have definitely recommended this location to a bunch of people recently.

They did not follow the instructions I gave them when I placed my order and they prepared the food wrong. I had to go back to return the food and they made it right for me..

So long as you don't want to interact with a /human/ to /place/ an order, this Taco Bell was terrific. They had the most intuitive Ordering User Interface/System I've ever seen; a big, green "Veggie Mode" toggle made it easy to thin down the choices. Customizing them further was super simple too. Extra this? Nix that? Add on some guac? No problem. Food was prepared quickly (our order was slightly wrong, but it was easily resolved) and everything was pretty tasty. The music was a little loud in the dining area, but only a little and it may have just been where we were seated. If they'd put a "ring bell for service" dinger by the register for people who don't want to interact with a screen to order, this'd be 5-star worthy.

I am rating this a 5 due to the staff always being super awesome and never having any issues with my food. That said, it's insane that over the last 6 months or so the drive through sign just keeps getting worse. It's literally falling apart and broken, lights partially out. Never seen something like this at another fast food place but it's just crazy corporate or the proprietor just seem to not improve on this in any way.
