Sizzler

Great staff helped my girlfriend, her daughter and I to our table. Right away everyone was very attentive, and aware of our presence. Our server came around at least once every 5 mins to make sure we had all our drinks and sauces. Our food came out very hot, fresh, and fairly quick. Taste of our steaks was on point. Juicy, seasoned well, and cooked exactly as we requested it. Shrimp was fresh, breaded lightly, and had a nice flavor. Our salad bar was fresh as well. All sauces seemed to be rotated frequently to prevent buildup on the spoons. GREAT service and food was as expected. Great place to bring families and friends.

We showed up last minute, with a family of 14; half were under 12 years old. Despite this, the staff was wonderful. They set up a table and started processing drinks and food, right away. The food was hot, fresh, and the never ending shrimp and drinks never ended. We ate and drank until we were stuffed, happy, and enjoying family time. We had only one server, but she was Awesome. If I could rate her, I'd give her 5 stars. Not that anyone there was bad, but Erika was Awesome!!

This sizzler is near Tucanos and Texas Road House in Orem. It’s a beautiful place, very comfortable. When you get into the restaurant there’s a hall that leads you directly to the cashier, but before you get to the cashier you can enjoy walking through the hall because there are some amazing decorations, and close to the end there is the Big menu which helps a lot. You order your food and pay for it when you get to the cashier and then they direct you to a seat. Once you’re seated they bring you delicious breads with cinnamon butter! That day that I went to Sizzler I asked for the Sirloin, and I was very disappointed. I asked to bring a medium ready meat, but when it came was burned and when I bit it was with a strong burned flavor. I couldn’t eat. So if you go there and have the same experience as I had, please ask them to prepare a new meat. After we finish, we can have free ice cream for how long time we want! There are some toppings that are delicious. Also they have brownies. In general, it’s a good place. They had some mistakes? Yes, but they are improving and the food is worth of the amount asked for it.

Had a good ol time picking up plates and going to town on the salad bar. Tons of different choices and mix and matching. For the price you really can’t complain for an all you can eat with a steak and some shrimps. I was happy with it. The staff treated us well and have no complaints what so ever. Will definitely come back

Date of Visit: 6/8/2019 OVERVIEW - 4.25 Came here with my little family and my folks as they were in town visiting. We were literally driving down the road trying to decide where to eat, and decided on Sizzler's as we saw it. LOCATION - 5 Sizzlers is located on the busy State Street there near University Parkway. It might be tricky to get to if your going north, but going south it is real simple to get there. PRICE - 4 The price is rather reasonable. As it was my parents paying for the meal we tried to go as cheap as possible, but my wife wanted to add on the salad bar and a lemonade. I handed off my card after I had been seated to pay for the salad bar. So instead of charging me the salad bar with the purchase of a meal ($6.49) they charged me the full price ($11.49) that bothered me quite a bit. Felt like they were a bit incompetent. PRODUCTS/SERVICES - 4 I ordered their special for $7.99 which was the chicken malibu with a 8 oz steak and one side. I felt like the steak was puny. It probably was the correct size, but it was so small. POINTERS/PERKS - N/A As a pointer, they let you get yourself a self serve ice cream (even if you don't get the salad bar) as you leave. EMPLOYEES - 4 We were served by Josh. He was nice and all, and it may have been because they were busy, but my drink was frequently sitting empty on the table.

I had not been to Sizzler in couple years. So when I went here with my brother, I wasn't sure if it was as good as it had been. I was surprised since it was better than I remembered. I thought it was odd that you had to ask for the Texas Cheese Toast, which is one of my favorite starter breads. I guess with Texas Roadhouse across the street they switched to rolls that are similar, but I think keep with what makes you stand out. I got a 6 oz. Ranch Steak, Malibu Chicken and Baked Potato, which was on special for $7.99. The steak was thick, juicy and cooked perfectly to medium rare. Chicken was tender and wonderful. It was complemented by the side of honey mustard. The potato was steamy, soft and loaded with sour cream and butter. I ended up taking home most of the potato and half the steak, with which I made an awesome twice baked loaded potato. They offer a free trip to the dessert bar, so I got a soft serve sundae with a brownie. It was amazing, which definitely topped off a delicious meal.
