Subway

Was disappointing, the 2 young people working needed guidance. They had limited fresh veggies and seemed uninterested in adding more. Too much sauce was put on our sandwich without asking. Subway is usually a place to stop for a quick bite and expect good customer service. That didn't happen Thursday evening.

I ordered my meal through the app and picked it up at my scheduled time. As I go to the counter I tell them my name and Sarah, the little blonde girl, asks me what kind of sub and she asks the girl in the back if they did my sub yet and the answer was no. Sarah says “oh, we must have not received it” I say “okay!” Go to my car to grab my phone to show them my order and that it already charged my card. She says “I can make it in like 5 minutes”. She proceeds to help the next costumer in line before me. The other worker, who I assume is new asks if she made my sub yet and she yells at him “no, because it didn’t print out!!” Which I felt was very unneeded. The gentlemen proceeds with my order and says he’s sorry I had to wait. Just seemed like a hostile work environment and I felt very bad for the guy who was working!
