Subway

This place is a shame. I am genuinely worried about the mental health of the evening/night people. They all seem highly depressed, won't make eye contact, and are just flat out rude. Please Subway pay them more or provide health insurance, they need mental help. They are also just very slow moving and seem angry. If you have mental health problems and want to eat subway, do curbside pick up, because you will leave this location depressed. I only gave 2 star because it's usually semi clean.

Here today 08/09/21 to eat lunch with my kids and their friends.At the counter when I am about to pay I asked the black guy for water for my son because he don't drink soda, and the guy told me to buy a bottled water because they don't give out water to customers. OMG! What kind of a place is this? I spent almost $40 on sandwiches and drinks and they can't give me water when there is water in the fountain soda? Ridiculous....I am not coming back to this place,rude worker and so inconsiderate 😒.

I have been eating in Subway for over 7 years and it's always good. This particular store has a very relaxing stop and a nice view of the road. In this experience, the store wasn't specially busy but with only one employee it took a while for my sub to get made. I didn't mind it cause the lady was very kind and made it just how I wanted it. So I recommend it.

I placed an online order for two foot longs and arrived 5 minutes after suggested arrival. Subs were not even started on. Defeats the purpose of preordering. While waiting outside for the order to be completed, the sandwich maker complained that there were too many free toppings and it would cost extra even though I prepaid through the mobile app. I politely told the person to just finish the sub so I could get out of there. They also used the wrong bread type but at least the rest of the subs were completed correctly. The attitudes of the employees were pretty rude but they could have been having a rough day. Happens to us all. If you want a sandwich to-go in Orange, you’re better off using Sheetz across the street. If you have time to sit down for a sub, then Joe Joe’s near Pizza Hut is another option I’d recommend over the Subway in Orange.

I wrote some negative things in my last review and i want to apologize. I was angry and dealing with alot of mental issues. I love my job here. Despite my crazy episode a few months back, these people took me back in with open arms and i feel appreciated. The food is always fresh and the environment has become very positive now that certain people no longer work here. Come on down and get a sub or wrap have a cookie and just enjoy the friendly atmosphere

Went there on 9/8 after the order was done on the app.i proceed to pick up my food and they person working said they had no record. Since the order and app was on my girlfriends phone, I went back home to get proof. After showing proof to the person working the store that it was indeed ordered, they would not give me my food, even tho there was proof. I even spoke to the manager over the phone and asked him to come in. He said he would not come to the store and said I would not get my food and to call the 800 number and hung up on me. I was using subways land line so I could not call back. Subway literally stole our money and really bad customer service. Will not be going to this subway anymore.
