The recent renovations look great. As part of that, there's a 24-hour walk up window that I used for my visit here one morning. It was pretty convenient and fast. I got their new pasties - the Apple Fritter and Cinnamon Roll. They were both pretty good, the Apple Fritter was better and I'd get that again. The cinnamon roll was just okay. I'd rather wait to be near to a Cinnabon up get one.

The line was so long it stretched to the street. There was only drive thru and no other pickup options for those customers that placed their order on the app. It took me 30+ minutes to reach the speaker and another 6-7 minutes to get to the window. The manager at the window took the receipt and began reading it since they had deleted my order. During the time they took to make my order workers just getting off their shift were hugging and saying good bye to other workers still on the shift. Then they proceeded to hand me my food an order that didn’t include my sweet tea nor did it include my m&m McFlurry instead they tried to give me Oreo. This place is not recommended and your better off going to a different location. Management could work to improve the overall experience at this location to conform with the true McDonald’s brand experience. There is room for much improvement at this location starting with an overflow traffic management plan.

I understand that the employees at Mc Donalds are not customer service professionals. Alot of young ppl, first job experiences. I plead with this management to put these employees where their talents will shine. For instance, I just went through the drive through a little while ago. Around 12 today 06/09/22. The young blk woman, taking orders, was rude and not service friendly. Thats ok. If shes not cut out to deal with ppl. I fault mc donalds for not giving me what iam paying for. Iam paying for fast food with decent service. Not to be sassed by someone half my age . Obviously there are maturity issues and the lack of that customer friendly thing Mc Donalds is going for. The young woman did not want me to go over my order cause i was unsure. When i expressed to her that i should be able to go over my order if Iam not comfortable. She didnt hear me. She spoke over me till i stopped speaking. And told me we were done. I spoke with long time manager at this location. She heard my complaints agreed. When i drove off i felt ok about it. My husband noticed. Staff laughing before we could pull off. MC donalds i didnt pay to be treat unvaluable. Our community puts alot of money in fast food, so do I. I will be contacting corporate. Seeking resitution cause i feel totally disenfranchised.

I ordered from McDonalds through Doordash for the very first time just to see how the ordering process went. The good news: My food arrived in a timely manner. The bad news: My food was cold, straws and napkins were not provided. The sauce and juice I requested was totally disregarded. Did I mention my bag was torn and the tape was ripped as if it was opened. Just Horrible.

Dont go to this MC DONALDS. Unless you like the smell of urine on your food, and body products. its disgusting. The kitchen is filled with kids that dont care about the quality of your food. My quarter pounder was burnt and ofcourse dry. Looked as if preparer skipped over the sauce. The burger was all crooked, and stacked like the leaning tower of Gaza. Do they think they are serving dogs or humans? GROSS. Get it togetherrrr.. Go to Irvington on Springfield, if I had the time I would have. Avoid if you can.

I always go to this location because it's closest to where I live I used to enjoy ordering from this location where the food is always fresh fries is always hot well salted but now I don't think I will be going back to this location anymore because they always mess up my order fries it's cold and hard the ice cream machine and milkshake machine is never working they say it's always broken or either out of service which I believe that they just don't want to serve customers
