They served us different food from those we ordered. I contacted to their customer support but they NEVER write back after a week passed. They may make money such way. I cannot believe such a fast food expand worldwide.

Not going to sit and bash this place, but I will give a public service announcement. P.S.A.
Before pulling off check your food and ensure there is nothing in it that shouldn't be. We live too far to go back and waste of gas on a refund or a replacement but no there was the longest strands of hair in a burger which makes no sense.
so unless you're okay with Harry food from the workers at this establishment I highly encourage you to check before you pull off Their property.

One of the last wendys with good service in CT. The Wendy's In Hamden is the worst ever. 35 minutes in the drive thru and the worker had an attitude with us..

I showed up 10 minutes before closing and the staff was polite and helpful, the food was excellent and the service was fast.

Most irresponsible employees are to be found in this location, not going to waste my time bashing it. To be honest just feel like they purposely messed the order I made besides the fact that items where missing from it and my order being wrong. Ordered one of my combos no mayo due to allergies and all orders had mayonnaise oozing from them *hint* and on top of that ordered apparently the new invisible large fries they are now offering nowhere. Save your money and time.
