Hidden between a whole bunch of fast food restaurants is this gem of a spot…right across the street from the truck stop…although it isn’t the fanciest of places the food is 100%….the beautiful Empress at the counter suggested a bliss box and even offered me a taste of the crackling..neat $15 bucks I’ve spent in months!!!! Worth the short walk for sure!!!!

Look I just was trying something new and omg it’s really good listen the ball with the race in it yes. and the eggroll kind of fool me at first, but when you start tasting all the flavors I don’t eat fish, so I didn’t eat that. and the shrimps was fresh and season y’all need to try them that parking lot should’ve have been full on a Sunday so if you are riding by on the highway like I’m doing and I just gave them a chance because I was tired of the same fast food

Great place to stop and get frozen or cooked boudin. The service is great. They are always happy and helpful. Recommend them for your frozen Louisiana items.

1st time in near closing I ordered a spicey boudin link. The lady gave me 3 extra and a free bottle of water.
2nd time I get this nearly foot long boudin for $4.45 on a bun.

This is not fast food, it made fresh here. I thought this would be another fast food fake Cajun, but it's real and authentic! The Boudin balls and egg rolls are a must try! Everything was good and they even sale their own meat if you grill or bbq!

Man this food was so good. Everything was very fresh. Only bad thing I have to say is they should be able to be rated for 6 stars instead of 5.
