To whom it may concern @ 711 on Batavia/ Chapman. There is a Gentleman named Christian, that has the most polite customer service and every time I've been there late at night this worker is always keeping your 711 top notch clean .it makes me smile to see someone who takes pride in his job.

Typical 7-Eleven, nothing special. Cashier was really nice, though -- he offered to pay out-of-pocket for a customer since the card reader was down and they didn't have cash, based on them returning the following day to pay him back. Offered me my coffee for free, too, since it wasn't fresh. Inside was decently clean.

7-eleven is cheaper on a lot of stuff including tabacco products and most definitely on their fountain drinks.

Never had a problem at this 7-11. I'm actually glad there are other humans not wearing masks and are not obeying that ridiculous policy. I'm feel bad for the person that wrote a review because he's full of fear, fear suppresses the immune system. If there's a glass in front of us as we pay that should be good enough for crying out loud! ✌🏽

Great service every time and very friendly people. Not sure what some of these reviewers are having issues with. Maybe take the stick out of ur butts and realize it's a 711 and not a nordstroms. Theyre usually stocking, cooking something and timing ppl up at the same time. Relax.

By far the coolest 7-Eleven employees I've ever encountered. only ever had one rude but he no longer works there so I am more than stoked every time I go in and they're always happy to see me and I can honestly say the feeling is mutual

Always a good experience when I go. Great customer service, enjoy that nice latin lady who always has a smile. When I go 10pm-3am
I always feel safe when that nice tall white guy is there, he's always polite. Both always make sure I was able to get what I came in for. Thanks guys for your service and making a lady feel content and safe. :)

I love this 7eleven. They have what I need WHEN n WHERE I need it. Coffee is always hot n fresh. Customer service is awesome. Especially that Greg guy. Keep up the good work.
