Avis sur Jungle Java Cafe

As with other reviewers, I was shocked by how good this place is. Went with some friends after a run in the Regional Park and I thought it was a stand-alone cafe until I I looked it up on Google Maps and found out it shares the same building as the gas station. If you're reading this and contemplating going, I implore you to check it out and keep an open mind. The pricing is actually really reasonable, as well. I'll be going back after workouts, while I'm over there, for sure. It's just unfortunate there aren't more near Long Beach. Lastly, there is a whole jungle-themed hand car wash around the side and back of the gas station and this cafe, hence the Jungle Java Cafe name. It's actually kind of cool because there is outdoor seating with a little waterfall and it mists and makes wildlife noises every now and again. Plenty of shade for the outdoor seating. Get your car washed while eating here and you can see everything.

Shares a gas station with Subway, but don't be discouraged. The menu varies from lattes, smoothies, acai bowls, sandwiches, wraps, and quesadillas all well priced too. I ordered a caramel latte with almond milk. The caramel was subtle and not too sweet, which is just what I like. I didn't order food but saw a croissant and wrap come out for two other customers, and they were both very big. Another plus is that Santiago Canyon College students get a discount.

Incredible food, healthy bowls, and creative smoothies. My favorite is the jungle acai bowl that is actually in a pineapple half! Their ingredients are fresh and the staff is very friendly. Convenient location inside the Chevron gas station. You can order outside at the pickup window or the counter inside. The cafe is comfy and has seating for about 20 people and there is more seating outside. I love this place and always stop in even if it's just for coffee.
