I had to go inside because of the drive thru being down (???) and used their self kiosk. I ordered a Burrito and hard taco supreme combo with a drink. I swapped to a soft taco supreme. The kiosk completed my order and I paid. The kiosk looked like it was done but was stuck at the order screen asking me if "I was still there?" I stood there for awhile trying to figure out if I was done or not.
The only good thing about the experience was the young man asked at first if I needed help with the kiosk to first begin my order.
I finally got my food and left. I left without getting a cup for my drink and my soft taco wasn't supreme. I paid over $8 for this order.
With Kiosks taking away cashiers and the ability to communicate with them lost my business. This was a clear example of the changing times for customer service.
The lady after me was about my age had similar problems. You guys keep this up Taco Bell won't be around any longer.=-(.
This is probably why mom and pop taco shops and trucks are doing better.

ONLY REASON YOU GOT A 3.6 RATING IS BECAUSE OF YOU GETTING YOUR FRIENDS TO POST REVIEWS! DON'T EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT PROBLEMS, LET THIS STORE CLOSE AND THESE EMPLOYEES FIND ANOTHER JOB. Went to pickup lunch and they got the order wrong, I have diabetes and ordered a sugar free Baja blast got a sugar one instead. They got the order wrong threw the cinnamon crisps in the bag to fall out of their container and when the issues were brought to the managers attention she had an attitude like who cares. Won't eat here again.

Always love taco bell. I always tell my friends that I can easily make amazing tacos at home, but I go to Taco Bell for the brand flavor. When I want Taco Bell, I want a damn Taco Bell taco!

I am SO over this Taco Bell. Everytime I go..SOMETHING is wrong with my order! This last time (about 10 minutes ago) me and my husband went through the drive through to order us some food. He ordered 2 beef burrito supremes, a chalupa, and a large Dr Pepper. I ordered 2 Gordita crunches, a spicy potato taco, and had to order a freeze because as usual…they were out of most sodas. When we got the bag, from the window, the whole bag was SOAKED and falling apart. We get home and start pulling things out and they didn’t even wrap the stuff correctly! Most of the toppings were EVERYWHERE in the bag! His food was cold, my Gordita crunches were crushed, my potato’s were BURNT and HARD! It’s ALWAYS something wrong at this location! Absolutely ridiculous and DEFINITELY will not be going back there.

This is the first time in at least 6-9 months that a restaurant or fast food place has had excellent service and gotten our order correct! GREAT JOB YALL!

I see lots of reviews on here that are negative towards the drive thru. I very seldom use the drive through. Because I had rather go inside. I have always had great customer service inside. The staff is always friendly and seems to get me my order promptly. And it's always right. Exactly what I ordered. I think attitude may have something to do with all the negative reviews I see. If you start of your visit negative it's most likely going to end negative. Be nice it goes a long way.

This Taco Bell is consistently a terrible experience and one of the worst ones I have ever been to. I'm a vegetarian and they have given me the meat versions of my food numerous times. The receipts and people taking my orders all say bean, but I guess the people putting the food together just decide to do the exact opposite. Food is always cold somehow. Do you guys not keep your food at the right holding temperatures? As someone who works in a kitchen this place has so many red flags that I highly recommend people avoid it. The food still wouldn't be worth it even if it was free. On top of that just 3-4 cars in the drive thru completely overwhelms them and it can take upward of 30 minutes. I have seen more customers give up and drive away from this restaurant than any other place I've been to. The amount of money this place loses due to poor service has to be way higher than the owner should put up with. How does this place stay open?

NEVER apply to work here! They are rude and hurtful to their employees and they don't care about anyone at all. The shift lead is a self-righteous punk who only cares about herself and her friend Lynn is the same way.
