Jack's

The attendant at the drive through window was nice. It took 32 minutes for apple pie. They forgot I was waiting outside. They were not busy. Workers were just playing around not caring for the customers. The child at the front counter was nasty and poor public relations. I will NEVER go back again. The cheeseburgers were ok. Fries were cold and hard. Wasted my money. Stay away, the service is poor and will make you mad if you have an oz of morals.

My wife and I went into your restaurant this morning and they had a worker his name was jack(he stated) and he was very rude. He stated that he was the only cashier and my wife waited in line 15 minutes inside your restaurant to place an order and he said drive thru comes first and he was telling the customers in the drive thru that it was credit or debit card only so that way he could get them through fast(per district manager &his manager that drive thru comes first)He didn’t want to take the time to take cash. Mind you my wife still waiting in line no one in front of her. There was no car in the drive thru. So I went up there asked him if he would take our order and he said no!! Someone pulled up in the drive thru they came first. I told him all we wanted was 2- biscuits and gravy and he still said we had to wait or you can leave or I could place my order in the drive thru. He threatened me with his father he said he would call him and have us removed from the restaurant or he could push a button and have us removed that way. My wife is really upset that your employee would treat us that way. We have been going to your restaurant for 5 years.I have called the corporate headquarters to make a complaint against your store to see if something can be done about the employee . This the jacks on pepperell pkwy in Opelika. I would like to speak with the district manager or someone at the corporate office

Ordered a #2 (big bacon). Got chicken fingers. Caught it at the window and was corrected. But she asked what kind of sauce I wanted, and I replied ketchup. Got none. Didn't catch that until I was sitting down to eat at the office. Also the fries were not seasoned at all. Usually Jacks fries are good but these were bland.

Omg this place is so good. The only place I've seen so far that serves real chicken on it's sandwiches. I go fairly regularly now and have never had to wait in line and the food is always fresh and hot, with the staff respectful. There's a fireplace in the lobby that makes it seem a little less formal. Almost cozy.

Breakfast is usually good at this location. Hoever, this particular breakfast was not. I tried many attempts to call the restaurant, to no avail. Besides having to park and wait and the order wrong, the grits were poured in water and served(@9:30) at the drive thru. And we want discuss the "gravy". We could not eat them or the glue. Please answer your phone. It could get you a better review.
