After sitting in the drive through for over 25 minutes I was able to find out why. Of the 4 employees working at the time, the one guy that was working drive through just stood at the counter for over 5 more minutes without even attempting to take the next customer's order. That at least explained why it took so long to get the slowest fast food ever. On top of all, they charged me for but did not deliver the extra meat I ordered.

This is by far the slowest drive thru I've ever been in. They really need to get more coordinated or get more employees. The main complaint with the food is they are always out of something but isn't everyone now a days. #covidshortages

The food is good but some of the workers have no care for making elderly customers wait they blatenly ignore them fix this especially Paige pleas learn some manners!

Been trying to call been busy for a long time guess that's what happens when you screw everyone order up spend 20.00 on food and you messed it up and gave me like 6 fries in each of my box fries and a tiny cheese you all need to be trained better never again

If you like getting a surprise with your food then this taco bell is for you. I've never ordered something from this location and it be correct the first time around. Idk how asking for no meat screws everything up and sends the employees into a panic, or asking for no lettuce means throw the entire head of lettuce at the taco.
I've never had a good experience at this location...but if you have time to waste and money to waste go to taco bell in oneida, you will be disappointed every single time 😞

AWESOME FOOD!!!! Archie and his staff do an amazing job!!! Not only are they very polite and friendly but they keep the restaurant very clean inside and outside.

I have always had a good experience at this location. Fresh food and shells. well out together, and they fill your tacos up to the top like they should. Always very polite, too.

Wanted to grab a quick lunch at tacobell. Placed a mobile order and waited in the drive-thru for 10 minutes and the line didn't move. Switched my order to in-store and waited another 10 minutes. Once my order was charged I waited another 15 minutes to get my food. In the mean time 3 customers that where there before me got the wrong items or was missing items. Also I over heard a guy telling his friend they over charged him for the combo he wanted. The cashier was nice however she seamed to be struggling. She did tell me 2 people called out. I have worked retail and understand we all have our bad days. I feel the problem lies with the management more than the team that was working today. That being said the employees seemed like a little training would help. At the end of the day I wasted my entire lunch break in line and had a very unpleasant time.
