All the tables for dine in were dirty. Food was slow. They closed the dining room at 5 pm on a Sunday. Food was still excellent, no complaints there. Too understaffed. They did the best they could. No ice in soda fountain.

This was the worst fast food restaurant I've been to. I stood at the counter waiting for someone to acknowledge me being there. Then it took 13 minutes to get my order. I will for sure not to return to this place. I put a 1 star wouldn't let me leave it blank.

Food was good but everytime we stop it's a big party inside. Yesterday the music was so loud the girl couldn't hear us ordering. The store needs mature management. Your running a business not a fun house!

I know every place is short staffed. Was in drive thru line almost 20 minutes. 6 cars pulled out of line as I waited. Felt bad for Uber eats delivery driver waiting that long. I'm sure staff work as fast as they can. Food was good. Wish they had a place for cars with larger orders to pull into...should help.

asked for BBQ sauce the guy at the window looked like he had never seen a female before and gave me honey mustard instead that’s disgusting, there is a sign that says your fries should be hot and crispy mine where cold and soggy like it’s been sitting there for 20 min🤮 first and LAST time going to that Wendy's horrible experience!!!!!!

Ordered two burgers at drive-thru, got home and they were both wrong. Both had onions on them and I am not able to eat onions. Dinner was thrown away. Tried called once I saw the mistake, nobody answered the phone. Not worth the gas month and time to drive back and wait in line for another useless 15 minutes.

Went through Drive Thru and and the employees were being all clever saying things like "Wendy can we get for you?" And leaving, "Have a Wendyfull Day." If they put as much thought into getting orders right as the phases they may get an order correct. I have been there on multiple occasions and don't get my full order or what I asked for. Tonight was 2 cheese fries only sauce no shredded cheese....... Nope, only shredded cheese. The lady even repeated it to me.....

Went there to Onalaska Wendy's. Ordered 3 JBC meals along with 4 other meals... Got home and there weren't JBC meals. Called store and was verbally abused by loud mouth female who said they don't make JBC.
