Burger King

The dine in was closed due to shorter of employees, we ordered 3 meals and 2 kids meals, they told me to wait. When we received ur order it was not what we asking for, them the guy taked the order back and comeback whit missing meals, I did asked him for ketchup and napkins, and never brought it to me,was a nightmare. We never will back to the Burger King anymore

Stopped in about 9 am Sunday morning. Wife got two ham and cheese croissants. Had a special two for $4.00 and I got a egg cheese sausage biscuit meal. Had to pay and pull forward so they could make the meals. Said about 10 minutes. It was close to 10 minutes. I got my biscuit sandwich with sausage very well done and the ham and cheese ended up being bacon instead of ham. There big sign outside said drive thru and lobby open. The doors were locked.I will pass on them next time.

Apparently there is a shortage of marina sauce at the burger king in Onalaska we ordered the two for $6 believe or not this one has more sauce than the other one. But we did get 3 hard as rock chunks of somthing and 4 French fries in our onion rings. We keep giving this place another chance but we are done. Total lack of care with this crew. 11/18/21 6:00 pm ish.

Burger King used to have awesome burgers but now they overcharge for smaller, colder burgers without the tomatoes, and other toppings on them. Not sure if it's a supply chain issue or poor management. Now we're better off paying a couple dollars more for a steak from a traditional reputable restaurant.

This is the worst BK I have had the unfortunate pleasure of experiencing more than I’d like to admit. I keep hoping the next visit will be better, but I’m disappointed every time. We’ve even gone to the one in Holmen just to avoid this one even though it is so much closer and less of a drive. Either the order is messed up or the food quality is so poor, it is just not worth it. Do not fall for that beautiful Whopper scent!! It’s deceiving!

Terribly rude person manning the drive-through. Each car in line took 5-10 minutes to order, including us. When we got to the window, we paid and then had to wait another 3 minutes for our food, which consisted of 3 sandwiches, an order of onion rings and an order of fries. We literally had a 3 minute drive to our home, and the food was all cold and dry when we sat down to eat. We hadn't been to this store in several years, due to their terribly dirty dining area, and thought we would give them a try again. Nope. It will be several more years before we make that mistake again. How this store stays open is beyond my comprehension.
