Mu brothers and I had a wonderful evening of drinks. I am not a hard liquor drinker by any definition but I was still able to find and be suggested great drinks. Service was knowledgeable, charismatic and attentive at the right times. We had a beautiful experience but definitely with a price tag to match. Overall worth it.

Great service and great atmosphere! I had a mai tai and it was one of the best I've ever had. My husband had his beloved whiskey and they have tons to choose from in all price poina, so he was a happy camper. This is a great place in midtown to hang out for an evening and relax or meet friends for a drink before heading out for the evening.

A very relaxing atmosphere near downtown Omaha. More brands/types/styles/bottles of distilled spirits than I’ve personally seen. The server was extremely knowledgeable and tailors a flight of whiskey/bourbon to your tastes. The flight that was created for me was very good and allowed me to try some brands/labels that I’ve never had. All were excellent. Going there on a Wednesday has the added benefit of 25% off the tab. However, deducting a star because the tab didn’t reflect the 25% so had to ask. That shouldn’t have had to happen.

Proof is the perfect spot for a crafted cocktail. They have a great selection of bourbon and scotch with extremely talented mixologists behind the bar. If you’re looking for a boozy, well crafted cocktail - this is the place to be. It is fun to watch the mixologists climb the latter and create intricate cocktails. The mixologists are all great here! Jeremy is quite the character! No matter who helps you, it is always such great service. They have large round booths so you can bring a bigger group or take a date and enjoy a cozy evening. From the outside it is so unassuming but once you’re inside the atmosphere is so cool, classy and energetic. The inside is so beautiful and cozy - the music is so on point and makes everything come together. They also have a great patio for the warmer nights! I highly recommend checking out Proof if you haven’t already!

We went out to a bar called Proof in Omaha for a friend’s birthday. There’s a huge selection of scotch to choose from and there mixed drinks are tasty and they have a good beer menu as well. I had the house Old Fashion for $5. It was not bad but also not the best I’ve had. I would probably order a different one the next time just to see the difference but I’d still order this one. They have a very small selection of food to choose from as it is not a restaurant but an actual bar. The music was fun and sounded like you were in a Speak Easy. The bartenders were dressed up in suit vests which made the feel of the bar even more like something from the roaring 20s. They were polite and attentive. Even the owner visited our table and was sociable with us. This was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely go back.
