Dunkin'

It is a good location my only issue is that the owner is the same person who owns the dunkin donuts up the street near the library and he charges more at this location for certain items and drink tops than the other dunkin and more than the other locations I have been to. While it says in the app that the price may vary I am aware that is based on franchise owners but still if you own two or three locations I see no purpose in having different prices all around. Aside from that the people here are amazing and very friendly and efficient at their jobs. While the 3833 location on 516 seems to serve cold eggs and watered down coffee drinks this location here at 2614 on 516 is great I have never had a bad meal here and the drinks are very well made. I choose to stop at this location over most nearby just because the service is great and the workers are so kind. 👍

While I was inside waiting (too long) for my food an employee was outside arguing with a woman over a personal matter. In the course of their exchange they threatened my husband in the parking lot while my teenage son was in the car. (1pm Saturday 8/21). He then told my husband to leave "his" property. It was beyond inappropriate and we even considered filing a police report. HORRIFIC!

The Night Shift employee is very rude and unprofessional. He was annoyed that I wanted to order a coffee because it interrupted him smoking his cigarettes and talking on his phone. When I asked him to please make a change to my coffee, he mumbled something with an attitude , then he went to the other set of doors to smoke and talk on his phone, and put his back towards me. This is not someone who should be employed with DD. He is a very angry nasty man.

Very aggressive and unfriendly. They don’t greet you, they don’t say thank you, and they don’t smile at you. So why give them your business? Today I went there to order Espresso. The rude cashier asked:”What flavor?” I said:”What flavor you got?” She replied:”All coffee flavors.” How stupid is that?? I’m really surprised that some people’s head is attached to their body. Oh, I get it. They use Krazy Glue.
