Burger King

I grew up going to the Burger King because I loved the flame-broiled burgers. Recently, good Burger Kings have been hard to find, however when Ridgeview Burger King opened it was the best around. I would travel a ways to get there. A few weeks ago I went through the drive through for lunch and they said they were out of beef, they only had chicken. Today I went through and I ordered a meal with a milkshake and they charged me extra for the shake. I expected that but at the window they charged my card, then said their shake machine was broken. After a short argument and with customers behind me in line I ended up settling for chocolate milk. I hate to say it but all my future visits to Burger King will only be in my memory

I went to this Burger King this morning. I ordered 6 French toast sticks. They were so undercooked I couldn't even finish them. When I called back, after 4 attempts, someone finally answered. I explained to her that my food was undercooked. She said I would have to go back to the store to get replacement. I let her know that I don't live in the area and I was just passing through and asked to be mailed coupons. She said, "You'll have to come in to get free food." Then she hung up! I would not recommend this store. The service was subpar. Save yourself the time and energy. This happened around 945a and it wasnt busy when we stopped by. There's no excuse for the poor service. Update to 3 stars: Travelled out of my way to go back to this location to request a refund. The gentleman, Dwayne, assisted me and was very pleasant. From what I could see, there wasn't an actual manager on duty but he called one OTP, Novia. She helped him assist me. I'm happy. Unhappy with whomever I spoke to this morning. But resolved with Dwaynes help. Thanks!

I’ve been coming to this location for my breakfast for quite some time along with many of my fellow drivers. Opening staff is always rude, cuts us off while ordering and tells us to go the next window before my orders complete. This has been multiple times. went to ask for ketchup this morning, slammed the window on me. So I sat there and she turned back and laughed at me. Frankly I’m not one to complain about fast food service, but this is why people don’t come back. The attitude of the managers is appalling.
