really good baskin robbins! it’s thicker ice cream, so maybe don’t eat a z-man from joes kc and then head to baskin robbins to eat ice cream. other than that, fantastic!

I love Baskin-Robbins and their chocolate fudge is my absolute favorite. The employees here are great and do a fantastic job in serving amazing ice cream! I'll be back!

Horrible. I ordered a 2 scoop sundae and I questioned if it had two scoops in it because it was in a small cup and it was so tiny . I was told it was because they use "kid size" scoops????? Wow! Don't be fooled this place is a rip off.

The staff were rude and inattentive, I ordered 2 scoops in a waffle BOWL for my granddaughter and they put it in a waffle cone. When I pointed out their mistake they got upset with me and then left the ice cream in the cone an turned in upside down in a waffle bowl, this upset my granddaughter a little as she has special issues when it comes to eating. When I ordered my 2 scoops in a waffle bowl they picked up a cone again and I caught them and said no cone the waffle BOWL please, I got heavy disgusted sighs and dirty looks. All workers were teenagers, perhaps their should be an adult manager on duty at all times to supervise the teenagers because if not you will lose business as they do not want to do the job properly. It's been a favorite spot to take my family and clients for many many many years, but if this ever happens again I will NEVER go back! They will get one more chance and that it's it. Don't bloe it again Baskin Robbin's!!

The staff needs to be trained better. I had to repeat my order just for them to talk over me and tell me to go to the window before I was done ordering. Not to mention she messed up the order.

My favorite pralines & cream with Carmel sauce. Yummy, no I don't need it but when having an done something that helps someone else, or just having a calm, peaceful day, do something to make "You" happy. You are worth it.

I ❤️ Baskin Robins. Everyone there is so nice and efficient!😄 A girl with curly hair recommended what she called the “whopper drink”. It’s a chocolate malt made with vanilla ice cream. Super delicious!😋 I would also recommend the mocha cappuccino blast with Carmel Macchiato ice cream!☕️ It’s so yummy and the sizes for drinks are amazing for the prices (way better than Starbucks).🤪 Definitely stop at this location because all the staff are so friendly!!😁
