Panda Express

I received a $25 giftcard to Panda Express from my mom for my birthday. I called the number on the back of the card to make sure that $25 was on it before using it, and the balance was $0. My mom didn’t keep the receipt as it was a gift. She said the cashier was in training and may have not put the balance on the card but she was still charged $25. I went into this store to get help with the issue and the employee Oki was very rude and unprofessional. After I calmly explained the issue and asked for help with the card, she told me that it wasn’t her problem and refused to help. I have worked retail and food service and I would never talk to a customer like that. This is an issue on your end. Please do not give out invalid gift cards while still charging customers. I ended up leaving and will call the company. Do better.

Portions were on the small side, but that's ok because it was not very good. I was very disappointed in the food. I've never had an egg roll quite like that one, and I hope I don't again. Personal taste preference most likely because they were fairly busy. There was a longish line and the employees were obviously stressed. The service was relatively quick for how many people were in there.
