The food is so good here and the restaurant is nice and clean. You can tell they go above and beyond on their food to make it a good experience and the flavors are amazing we had the coyote omelette and the Denver omelette. Okay fine we did splurge on mimosas as well . Seriously this place is really good you will not regret coming here.

This is mine and my husband's second time eating here. You can definitely tell this place impacted us. We love getting met with friendly staff! Food is phenomenal. I get the Avocado toast which has eggs of your choice with agrula salad and I'll add an order of sausage with it, plus a nice cold brew.PANCAKES ARE TO DIE FOR (had a few bites off the husband's plate) My only thing is the parking is hard to find. It's a cute quaint location. Sitting next to everyone is pushing it to my liking but I enjoy it...

So wonderful! I was just in town for the day and the reviews for this place looked good! They underpromised and over delivered on the amount of time we would need to wait for a table! Rachel, our server was fantastic, and I overheard another server repeating his name so I’m not sure if name mentions in reviews get a bonus but I’ll also shout out Nathan! Just a fun staff who took great care and made sure customer service isn’t dead. The food was incredibly good and prepared well. Great stuff.

Fantastic experience with our waiter, Nathan. He suggested the pumpkin pancakes so we ordered one on the side-well worth the $7. It is topped with marshmallow cream and drizzled with ginger-infused maple syrup. We couldn’t eat it all since we also ordered breakfast entrees, so we got it to go. It kept surprisingly well and was like having a little piece of cake for dessert that night. Our breakfast was also delish-ordered the kitchen sink. Everything is freshly made and tastes REAL. I also recommend the chicken and waffles. Hatch waiting staff is industrious and friendly. Dining Area is clean and bathrooms are great too (located outside main restaurant but in same Buick building).

I've eaten here 3 times. Everything we had was great. I've had the eggs Bennie and enjoyed all of them except the Tuscan one. Steak and eggs are always good, biscuits and gravy is from scratch and tastes like your Southern grandma fixed it. I had the coyote omelet today (pictured) and it was good. I didn't care for the red sauce, I thought it was too bitter.

Second time here and it's very much a favorite! Breakfast Cuban should be experienced by everyone! Our lovely server Ashley made us feel right at home and everything was great. Go with a big appetite because they don't skimp on food. Surprise favorite was the iced latte. Can be a bit tricky finding parking if it's busy but definitely worth a short walk or circling the block for this place!

Was visiting the area and stopped through on our way home. Everything was great! Staff was very friendly and welcoming. We all loved our breakfast meals, so delicious! We ordered a Belgian waffle with bacon, English muffin sandwich with bacon, egg whites and cheese, and steak and eggs, hash browns, blackberry raspberry tea and a latte. The atmosphere was great. If you get a chance please try them out.

The food was decent. The hollandaise sauce was more on the watery side and there was not enough of it. They used to give more salmon so that a tad disappointing. The Denver omelette was a bit of a let down. The portion is wonderful. The green peppers and onions were not sautéed well. The tumblers never disappoint. As good as ever! Our server Brooklyn is a delight. Just lovely! Kept checking on us and was proactive. Brought us a to-go box without us even asking! Now THAT is service!! The atmosphere was nice for the weekday. Not too noisy. Relaxed.
