It is typical McDonald’s. But this restaurant seemed to be a little better than other McDonald’s that I’ve been to. The food tasted a little better than other McDonald’s. I have been to. I guess if you’re in a need for a quick fix stop at McDonald’s and get you a meal, the prices are going up. It’s not as cheap as it used to be, but the quality of food is definitely not going up in accordance with the price. Anyways all in all. It was a good quick meal for what it was. The staff that were in the restaurant were very pleasant and polite.

This place sales frustration and bad moods….. They forget something every time after you ask if that’s everything. They Lure you in with a happy meal or ice cream cone with no HAPPY or no ICE CREAM for the cone. Cones sit for a month or 2 wait to finally pair with a scoop of ice cream but NO! that’s why the cone always taste like cardboard. Don’t dare try to correct the order before you pay because the only response I got was I don’t care! Never go to this location. Or is it all of them. Does this happen at all of your local $?@! factory’s. Hmmm

Well we needed a quick meal on our way back home to Arcadia and didn't find that here! Instead we waited in the drive through for over 25 mins without exaggeration to be served, and the food was absolutely disgusting both my sandwiches hard Rock hard bread, the chicken nuggets where cold and old , the fries where way to damn salty , and my carmal maccahito was not made right at all it was one solid color and no flavor other than coffee!! Note to self never confide in this location for fresh food past 10pm huge waste of money and disappointment!!

Yes once again the McDonald's did not have shakes and in 3 years that I've been sitting there and going there once in a while they have not had special key shakes at all ever that I've been there even though they . One staff member had the mask on 1 staff member did not have the mask on I wasn't greeted and I wasn't thanked for coming to their business establishment . This location really needs to learn how to prepare their food have their food available which includes inventory of specialty items set down special key items that are advertising.

This is by far one of the absolute worst locations on the entire planet. There is always a problem. Always a reason why they don’t have fries, soda, ice, you name it. It’s a 24 hour location with a drive through that magically goes out of service frequently. Then when you are forced to go into the lobby, nobody will come to the front to help you. So if you use the kiosk and pay with a card, congrats; you’ve just made a donation to the McDonalds foundation. Tonight the drive through was magically closed once again. In the lobby there was a hoard of angry customers that had been waiting over 30 MINUTES for food and drinks. At one point, someone finally came to the front and said there was no more food before disappearing mysteriously into the bathroom, never to be seen again lol. The entire lobby full of roughly 15-20 angry customer that had already paid for food they had been waiting 30+ minutes for, only to be ignored by the people that ventured close to the front. The people behind the counter just pretended they couldn’t hear or see the entire lobby full of furious customers. Orders, when they finally started coming out; came out half filled and it quickly became a situation where you got what you got and that was that. Absolutely appalling behavior on the employees part. Someone needs to fire the entire staff at this location and do a total overhaul with regard to hiring competent and capable workers to tend this location, day or night. If I owned a franchise and my employees were costing me business by turning people away, ignoring them when they came inside, shutting down my drive through m, etc; I’d definitely have a problem with it. If I could’ve given this location no stars just know i would’ve. Also, it’s so filthy I wouldn’t let my dog eat anything in that place.

we waited over 20 minutes, for this terrible sub-par food. after paying i asked for honey mustard and the employee told us that they would have to charge us because we did not order chicken nuggets, she also told me that she would not be able to get them for me because she is the only person working their even though the sauces are kept next to were she was standing. i recommend that you dont come to this McDonalds
