Applebee's

Had to wait 10 minutes to be seated. Great service, great food. Waitress Cassey was the best waitress we've had in a long time. Very professional. Refilled drinks. Was there when you needed her. Will definitely be going back. Only downfall was the floor was dirty. Could've used a good vacuum cleaning. Good prices. Nice selection. Great adult drinks.

Asked for veggie burger, was told no longer available because at the end of February they were going to be switching to the impossible burger. So I ordered tomato soup and 2 sides( steamed broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes). A few minutes later the waitress returns to say the manager would allow us to have the veggie burger if we wanted. ( Apparently some magically appeared) We said no and stayed with the soup and sides. Also ordered Dos xx draft beer. One of my favorite beers. Not sure what I was served but didn't taste like any Dos XX , I've ever tasted. More like a quarter glass of Miller Lite and 3/4 water. I didn't finish one glass. The broccoli and potatoes were dry, waited for waitress to return to ask for butter, but they were both cooling and I gave in and ate as is. She did return to ask if we needed anything after I was nearly finished eating. I'll be staying away from Applebee's for awhile till this memory fades.

We went there for my Birthday lunch. We had cheese burgers and a house salad. The salad was so good. When the burger and fries came we had just finished the salad. The burger was so juicy and full of flavor! We sent compliments to the chef. I like that put salt and pepper on the fries. Thier tarter sauce was so good. The staff that waited on us was super friendly. She was right on us for anything we needed. They gave me an ice cream shooter for my birthday.

If i could give it a 0 star rating i would!! To start, our waiter would consistently go in and out of the restaurant to hit a cigarette or just plain and simply go out there to refrain from fulfilling his job, we asked for a specific non-alcoholic speciality drink, to which the waiter made SURE the beverage could be made proper, while also bringing back a beverage with ice and syrup at the top and bottom, it was almost impossible to swallow. We took one sip and returned it to our waiter. Continuing on, the new ‘Hot Cheetos’ boneless wings were offered for $2 with a boneless wing appetizer or entrée, we purchased a boneless wing dish to compensate the $2 Hot Cheetos boneless wings add on. We received our food, which was overall mediocre, and when the bill came back the problems arrived with it. The ‘Specialty’ beverage was still on the tab (disregarding the fact that we brought our concern to our waiters attention) they also added the ‘hot Cheetos dish to our tab as a separate purchase. Absolutely unbelievable. We brought this to our waiters attention, to which the rudest manager came stomping over and was not hearing a word that came out of our mouth. To begin we told him that the beverage did not taste proper, to which he completely disregarded the way we felt and explained that the reason it tasted bad was because it was meant for alcohol, as if it was our fault the beverage was not made properly! He also explained that the hot Cheetos boneless wings would no longer be a $2 add on and that we would be paying for them in full price. I am disgusted and feel completely dehumanized, This Applebee's in specific is no longer interested in the customers experience, they are interested in clocking out as quickly as possible. Ridiculous & Unprofessional.

Got there at 6pm and were put on a 30-40min wait list, at 45 minutes we asked how long it would be and were told another 30 minutes, 25 minutes later the hostess was finally honest with us and said they were very short staffed and it would probably be another 30 minutes before we were seated and that the kitchen was backed up as well. I wish she would have been honest with us from the start because we ate at another restaurant and didn't finish dinner until 11pm.

Today I went to lunch at Applebees with my wife, but the bowls we ordered did not please us. My chicken wasn't very good, but I ate it because I was very hungry. As for the bowl that my wife asked for, it was impossible to eat, since it was too spicy, I couldn't even taste the food, as my mouth was on fire with so much pepper. Therefore, we removed only the chickens that were sweet from the bowl and left the rest of the food. When the server came to our table, we told her that the food was very spicy, as well as we said that it was not our first time at the restaurant, but that this time the food was not to our liking, but she did not say anything, At least he apologized on behalf of the restaurant. For this reason, we left Applebees dissatisfied this time and regretting what happened.
