Very quaint relaxing atmosphere. Smaller, simple menu that leans on the healthy side. The turkey avocado sandwich was good. I liked the heavier grain bread and it was pressed. The cucumber added extra flavor. Their smoothies seem to be popular although I did not try one. I would visit again. The patio seating would be nice on a warmer day.

Such a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere! My husband has gotten lotus for me several times, but I just went inside for the first time the other day and was very impressed! The person at the counter was very friendly! The food is always made with fresh ingredients and they have vegan and vegetarian options which is hard to come by! I love the atmosphere there, and they have a cute shop. I will definitely be back!

This place is fantastic if you need a good place with wi-fi that has delicious food! The salad I had was absolutely heavenly and very hearty. I tried a matcha latte for the very first time and, after the initial earthy taste, I found that I actually liked it quite well. It complemented the salad well. The staff were great in helping me decide what to eat as I had never been there before. There was nothing with black pepper on it so that was just the icing on top of the cake for this place. I will definitely be back to try them again!

Amazing quality food, very clean space, and fast for such freshly prepared from-scratch dishes. The foods are all handled with many different folks in mind, offering a very inclusive menu for people with medical or spiritual eating restrictions. If you're looking for something healthy, light, affordable and nutritious this establishment is highly desirable. The atmosphere is very welcoming and there are plenty of fun trinkets and gifts to purchase as well. Ogden is lucky to have this place.
