Stayed in a motel near to this location in late April to early May. I went to order a burger after work one night, and noticed that none of the staff was wearing hair restraints. Not a hat or hair net to be seen. Sure enough, when i got back to my motel room, in the first bite of my burger was a long dark hair. No way it could have been mine, as I am of the cue ball variety. I returned to the restaurant where I was offered a refund. I was starving, so I asked for a new sandwich, which they obliged. I found another hair in that one. Ogallala McDonald's: get some hats, and enforce the rules.

First of all the place is filthy outside. Every trash can was overflowing and trash was all over the ground. Then the girl taking the order got it wrong twice. Third time is normally a charm but NOPE! I finally gave up and just took the order like it was. Maybe if the girls paid as much attention to their jobs as they do to their phones it would've been a better experience. AVOID.

We stopp by this location for two cup of hot chocolate while waitting our tesla being charged. The minute we walked in, I feel unfriendly atmosphere in this place. we ordered two cup of hot chocolate, one with whipped cream, one without.We had to wait for 15-20 mins for them. This is fine because they said they need to rerun the machine. But during the waitting, all of them standing their chatting and no one come us to give any attendance. When the hot chocolate ready, they simply put them on the table. I asked them if they have cupholder as the cups are really hot.. they said no.. when I ask if they have napkin, she bring me two piece of napkin.This is fine as well. But when we come back to the car. We found they give us only 80% full, we ordered one with whipped cream, they did not give us the whipped cream. Additionally, the hot chocolate is very dilute, taste like water with sugar. The only thing is it is hot.really hot.

So disappointed. My McDonald’s standard is low in general. We were driving across the country to get back home to Massachusetts. I just wanted a chicken sandwich. My husband 2 plain burgers. This is my chicken sandwich after first receiving a double burger with just ketchup. Fries were warm but not hot. Also sign on door clearly states a mask mandate. Not one other customer and not one employee had a mask on. There was also a disgruntled customer at the drive thru and staff swore instead of trying to make the customer happy.

Fast and courteous customer service. However, on July 7th (it was my fiancé's and my anniversary, that's how I remember this date), at around 11pm, I personally received two raw cheeseburgers. I also didn't receive the bottled water they charged me for, since I apparently couldn't get a fountain water with my meal. I wasted about $15 in one night, because they had closed by the time I had looked at the burgers. As a local, I have visited this establishment many times, and whenever I order before this time, they seem to be cooked. However, after 10pm, it's seeming to be a hit or miss.. I was hesitant to post this after that, as it could have been a one-time mistake, but then my brother had received two raw burgers at night time as well, a few days after this situation. So, here it is. We are both food service employees too and know that serving non-hazardous food is MANDATORY. I don't know if the night shift is trying to be speedy, which I understand to a degree, but not at the sacrifice of quality and safety.. In no way am I trying to shame these employees or employers, but I hope they may take the time to review this. UPDATE: Yet again, it's midnight and just received another raw cheeseburger 🙄🙄 One of my friends, a week ago, also received TWO McGriddles in the morning with literally NOTHING but the bun.
