The manager is happy to take care of her customers and the drive thru staff is attentive and friendly. This place is super duper clean and very premium and modern with artistic almost tech hub office like design qualities in the dining room, this is the place your want to order from. And most importantly: my burger was scorching hot, juicey and tasted great!

This is the 3rd time I’ve been here and gotten cold food. I understand being busy, since I waited 9 min to order in the drive thru and another 10 to pay and wait for food (that’s crazy). So if I’m waiting for you to prepare my food, why is it cold? Also, this is a medium fry with an up charge? Lol 😂 no thanks. Do better.

We Drive out of our way to go to this location. As a new store location, the restaurant is clean and the staff are on point. The food is fresher and made with care. And You will actually receive your napkins and straws at this location. The 10 for 2 value meals are pretty much the only real value meals in town.

Very POOR experience at Odessa Fl-54 BK Drive-thru today.15 minute wait at the window and they were not busy. Paid $18.80 for Ch’King meal came out only .Asked ‘where’s our Bacon Whopper Melt’ meal that we ordered. They then had conversation about Spicy which I didn’t order. Regardless , 15 minutes later barely warm not toasted and No Bacon ON THE whopper came out of window. Won’t be back . One more reason not to waste money or calories on poor food.

I have lived across from this Burger King for a year and every time I’ve been through the drive thru it always takes at least 10 minutes till someone answers the intercom. Today I sat there for 20 minutes this time and they took 3 cars that was in the other lane who came after me. They always have the excuse they are understaffed. I was also told one time by one of the managers that it’s the fault of the people that own it it’s privately owned. And there’s no way to get a hold of them to let them know how their store is being run. But I saw at least five cars that drove away so they’re losing a lot of business. When I pulled up to the window still not ordering the girl was standing there talking to the car in front of me and then when I pulled up I asked for the manager and she said he was on the phone. Instead of being out helping move the customers along. If anyone knows how to reach the owners of this Burger King please pass this on to them.

Short blonde hair woman working drive thru tonight is incredibly rude, and messed up my change. When I tried to talk to her about it she immediately attacked me and then proceeded to move things around and tried to show us the register drawer. After arguing with her, we decided to just leave and she accused us of lying repeatedly sticking her head out the window. Enjoy that 15 dollar tip, seems like you needed it.
