Taco Bell

We own a business close by and eat here all the time, the last four times have been pretty bad. Never fails one order comes out before the other and someone hast to wait. Every time you haft to literally beg for napkins, forks, hot sauce or anything! And it’s probably not a good idea to have the kitchen area exposed to public eyes, kinda makes you not want to eat here when you can see everyone eating and messing around in the back.

The restaurant was hot.... bad customer service. And I got food poisoning from the taco bell food. And when do the people quit wearing proper uniforms. I MEAN REALLY!!! BOOTY SHORTS WHILE HANDLING FOOD!!! And no gloves. And when is texting on the clock acceptable.. I mean HELL!! I have a hard time as it is riding a motorcycle in odessa , while every one is texting and driving. (WHITCH IS ILLEGAL IN THE STATE OF TEXAS) IM never coming back to this Dump again !!!!

My fiancé and I went through the drive through tonight and by the time we got to the window to pay for the food I was very upset. My husband repeated our order 3 different times and they still got it wrong. When we pulled up to the window everybody seemed to be joking and having a great time. When I repeatedly told them my order is wrong the drive thru guy said Sorry sarcastically and thought it was funny. The experience was horrible and I didn’t even enjoy my food. Rude staff and Manager refused to answer the phone.
