Customer service could use some work
I did see a guy wearing grey sweat pants while doing the fries they were dirty and he looked dirty not to keen on nasty people making my food. Manager does great but her staff will be the down fall of her store.

Bishop was fantastic. Very polite and made me feel welcomed. Even when I ordered chicken and not a hamburger. He made sure I got what I wanted 👍👍

Stopped for a burger while traveling through. Burgers were very good. Had not been to a Wendy's in a couple of years. Nice, polite folks working there.

The employee at the counter seemed overwhelmed and it wasn't busy at all. Food was tasty. No complaints on the atmosphere.

Poor service this evening management had to find their counter person (which I surprised to see it was Bishop who's usually on point when running the counter)to take our order, although I had wanted to use cash, I utilized the kiosk to order instead.
Fries were okay but wish you'd bring the breakfast potatoes for all day ordering .

Always fresh, and they are willing to make things right if something is missing or not the correct order. Staff is courteous and customer friendly.

I enjoy this location and always go inside to order. The staff is so nice and friendly. As with most places nowadays, they are short staffed and overworked, so there's some longer wait times but that's everywhere you go. Unfortunately, on this visit I found a piece of the wrapper that comes with uncooked frozen burger patties in my burger. I've never had an incident before, and I know how hard they work so it's not going to stop me from visiting here.
