Little Caesars

Customer service is great. They were out of the small marinara cups with lids but handed me larger cups and comped them. The wait can be a bit much for a Little C's if you are specially ordering pies during rush but that is understandable. The environment seems clean, however the owner probably needs to invest in repairs as I watched a door fall off. Lol.

This location is usually busy when I go in and most of the time the basics arent hot & ready, but I would rather wait for fresh food anyways. I'm not expecting hot & ready on a busy Friday night. It seems like every time I go in, they are waiting on a rude, disgruntled customer. I have never heard them be rude back. They apologize and carry on. If I see my order being boxed, I ask for a couple extra sprinkles of cheese and they do it with a smile.

Here's my honest review. Which I don't normally do because I have a general dislike of everything and everyone. There's one major thing I noticed when I walked up to the store in the pouring rain, and it's that I was greeted right away by a younger Spanish man. Granted most people don't think much about this, but most people suck. Considering it was pouring down rain and he was likely more than ready to head home I appreciated it. Once entering I noticed the young man's face behind the counter, you could tell right away he was tired, likely readying pizzas all day for lazy customers like myself to come pay for his goods because we're too self absorbed within our days to cook for ourselves and our loved ones. You might think an employee showing that type of demeanor is unprofessional. Well coming from a combat infantryman and hard working man myself, I appreciate that look, better yet; that lack of one. That utter lifeless, exhausted look. It shows one thing, hard work. Work i refused to put into a prepared meal for my family, so I selfishly rode on the coat tails of that young man to have a meal prepared and ready for my family upon my return. The manager came into the store and exclaimed that she was ready to fall out, it's obvious her daily roles are mentally exhausting as well as physically. I don't care what you (the reader) do for a living, but I do have an inkling of an idea of what these folks do just by their faces. I myself appreciate it much more than a normal consumer. Granted I don't enjoy buying food out, especially pizza since I should put the slices down and go for a jog. But these people worked to prepare the food they provide to us, the consumer. So I can only say, if you don't like what they sell, or how they sell it; go cook for yourself, don't rely on someone else to feed you. As far as the employees of this store, good on you, the whole lot. Any day you can go home and let the days exhaustion lull you to sleep, that is a well earned day. That's a day you should never take for granted, an honest day. So thank you, regardless of how little you may think you did, your faces told me exactly what I wanted to hear while purchasing a meal from you.
