what caterer agrees to and confirms catering an Event and no calls, no shows for the event? This one does and still has not responded to anything at all, not even to say something simple as, "sorry, can't make it, but I recommend ________ as replacement for your Event" This left Our Event in a major bad predicament since Food is part of the Birth Package and the Band's Comp, Well, We had 6 Band Members, and 4 Birthdays, People were Starving, and People left the Venue to go Places Where There was Food, causing the Venue to lose Money
I will not work With chef yeaaahhh and I Will be Recommending that Others stay away from them too. There are Other Local Caterers With Common Courtesy and Professionalism

Had their food at a club in Oakland and loved it. We hired them for our 3 year anniversary company party / Halloween party. They set up, gave us way more then enough food, and most important everyone kept RAVING about the food. Highly recommend them for catering.
