We decided today that this will be our last time going to the Oakhurst location, every time we go something happens and We are sick of it. One particular employee never gets your order right, he makes a lot of mistakes and has to get someone to help him and it happens every single time we've been there. So they can have this place, I will travel to Fresno if I want Burger King since I go to Fresno quite often it won't be a big deal. I cannot believe I've had so many problems at this location.

Cashier was inattentive. Ordered low carb with side salad instead of fries. Was charged for salad and given fries anyway. Burger was missing bacon. No condiments on burger or in bag. No dressing for salad, no forks or napkins. Not a fan. Cook was kind of cute though.

Our order was received fairly quickly. The crew was polite. Our order was correct (not always the case in some places). Our food was also pretty good.

I usually only come here for the breakfast croissants. They are decent but I wouldn't pay full price. This particular store has friendly help and seems well managed as opposed to the McDonalds down to street.

Fresno has the worst customer care and preparing food at Burger King. The food is always handled improperly as well as the bread that is pressed or squished together. They're processed Meats are always not cooked to perfection. I give this Burger King at its location by Fashion Fair a very low rating because of the quality of customer PR as well as preparation of their food.

First time I got a salad there yesterday for lunch, they didn't take long. It was super delicious, the person working the drive thru register very friendly, always had a smile, kind.

I worked here and I can say as a past employee that even though there is good serves the management is not stable. The staff is nice though. The food is always cooked fresh and the management, even though very unstable and has a tyrant in charge, is very deacated to the customers.

Incompetent workers at the drive through window are not a smart thing late on a Monday, when locals are tired and want to get food and get home after a long day. Even worse is rude fat managers! God bless them for hiring the mentally challenged👍
