Starbucks

My friend had to go back twice and they still didn't get her order right. And they got an attitude because of their mistake. If you don't want to have to remake an order, do it right. If you have made it 3 times and still messed it up, it your fault. If a customer asks for half the syrup, there's a good chance it's because they have diabetes. SMH

My internet was not working well at home. I tried Going to Starbucks to work but the music was so loud I couldn't think, take a call, or do anything. I politely asked them to turn it down. You could visibly see that the baristas were not happy about it. Another patron asked them to turn it down 30 minutes before me and ended up leaving because it was too loud. Another gentlemen kept looking up at the speakers blown away that they had it so loud, he ended up shaking his head, packing up his things and walking out. The baristas think it's a country night club instead of the traditional Starbucks vibe. Music is great but not on level 20. It was rude and insulting that they turned it down just a "smidge." Do better, your patrons opinions do count.

Ordered 4 lattes 2 short and 2 Tall , received short but die tall lattes were les than the short , not even 1/3 of the grande cup it came in. Went back and told staff that drinks were incorrect they only replied that it was a tall late in grande cup , couldn’t drink it because there wasn’t enough coffee for amount of syrup used. According to me a tall late in Grande cup should be at least more than half, if it’s 12 fl oz in 16 fl oz cup that’s 2/3 of cup .
