Dunkin'

As a regular here, I have to be honest... this is the place to be! Special thanks to Tracey, Jenna, Karen, and Scott! They are all amazing and make your morning experience for coffee a good one! I am truly grateful to the special people that work here and make a difference to many. If you ever have a problem never hesitate saying something or asking, they are always more than happy to help you.. so happy I stumbled across this location :).

Hi my name is Sheldon. I live on oak ridge road and am 71. I like this Dunkin' but the workers are not giving their full effort. I called 6 times as I had a question about a seasonal product and received no answer, then I drove down to the store parked and called on my flip phone while I was in Line as I could not believe it. I watched the phone ring from inside the Dunkin and not one employee went to pick it up, but they just stared at it. I was so upset I asked my granddaughter to help me write this review.

I came into Dunkin’ yesterday afternoon just to be completely disgusted. The young man Trevor who took my order (acted as if he couldn’t be bothered) mumbled the whole time and repeated my order back to me incorrectly several times. I watched as he made my coffee, the whole time while handling my drink he was wiping his nose with his bare hands, scratching his head directly over my coffee,while having extremely greasy hair. Just being absolutely disgusting, he proceeded to hand it to me with a very nasty attitude. I couldn’t be bothered to stand in that store another second just to have another drink made just to have germs all over my cup, so I just threw it away the second I left. I will not be back.

It was an offaly quiet morning. I was tired and decided to visit Dunkin to order my favorite coffee. I walked in and expected a horrifying wait but no an employee named Trevor absolutely brightened my day. With such delicate touch he made my coffee amazingly quick and delicious. He is truly breath taking. #welovetrevor
