Do yourself a favor and skip this location. The last 4-5 times I’ve ordered multiple items were left out of my order… and if you want to go back and get them good luck. Typically in the evenings the drive thru wait is 20+ minutes even with very few cars waiting. So you could end up spending over 40 minutes just trying to get your correct order. Not to mention if you don’t want to or can’t go back, Taco Bell guest services never responds or refunds orders.

This is quite literally the SLOWEST Taco Bell I have ever been to. When you go through the drive thru, they don’t even let more than one car go through at a time as in you have to wait for the person at the window to get their order before they start asking you what you want at the speaker. If I lived closer to the one in Kingston I’d go there instead. It’s ten times faster and that is not an exaggeration.

Waited for over 10min to try to place an order, and the manager didnt even verbally acknowledge 4 customers in the dining room waiting to order. The employees were also using another employees box knife out of his pocket (with out cleaning it) to open food bags to go on the make line. Is this really the best you can do?

Went inside thinking it would be faster 🙄 but it was slower inside than the drive thru. I didnt really like the fact that employees off the clock in civilian clothes were running back and forth from behind the counter to outside. Dont think thats very professional even if they are fast food. I only ordered 3 soft taco supremes but waited almost 30 mins... Unacceptable for sure

At 3:30 pm, on a scorching 90 degree Tuesday in June 2022, this Yucko Bell's dining room was locked and closed, while their drive thru was backed up all the way into the neighboring parking lot! Obviously it is not because of the pandemic that they are closed at mid day in 2022! They are just cutting services to the customers and neglecting the environment so they can cut back on payroll. Taco bell's drive thru is typically slower than McD's because McD's have 2 lanes, whereas Slacko Bells only have 1. Now that many Slacko Bells think they can go to drive thru only service, despite the fact most Americans are fully vaccinated, expect that you can wait 45 minutes in 90 degree heat, just to get bottom of the barrel in quality food that Yucko Bell has always been known for.
