Mcdonald's

Because I can not give a zero. The store was clean. Good customer service. I had a quarter pounder with cheese and paid extra for big Mac sauce when I sat to eat the first bite the meet was under cooked so I returned and got what is in the picture. In addition to my review I finally got my correct order and halfway through my meal they received a delivery and asked me to move my vehicle so they can receive their order so now I was inconvenienced with the way my meal was cooked but now you want me to stop eating and move my vehicle and then come back and finish my meal which will be cold. I enjoy eating inside because the construction of each location is while the same still makes them different. So now I ate half of my meal there for I am giving this location a 0 ( zero ). I also informed the manager.

I had the privilege of being waited on by the most kind and sweetest woman this morning. I’m from out of town and I hope McDonald’s treats this lady well for making the experience so much nicer; I have NEVER had such a positive experience at a McDonald’s in my life. I regretfully did not get her name, she’s an older black lady with honey colored hair and was working the first window at the drive thru this morning at 5am.

I'm leaving a one star review because I usually get the worst service out of every fast food restaurant I've ever been to. But tonight I went through the drive thru at around 8:30pm, and I literally got the best service from an employee named Nathaniel. He was very polite and humorous. He even made me laugh while taking my order. I can honestly say that has never happened at this McDonald's before. To bad all the employee's aren't like him. If they were I would definitely give it five stars.

Worst Macdons location I’ve been too. Every time I go there it’s something new. Went through the drive through for 3 cookies. Got asked to pull in a spot and wait. Waited 10 mins to still not get any cookies. I’m a fat man I like my damn cookies. I left because I couldn’t wait any longer. Look inside to see a couple workers just chilling. Gave them over 10 chances and done with this location.

It’s 11:15 PM I’m hungry and I find a drive thru open 24 hours. I drive about 15 minutes out of my way to get there. Sat in the drive thru for probably 15 minutes because I thought maybe there was a shift change. I pull up to the window because no one is responding on the speaker. The lady in the window mouths to me that they’re closed. I mouth back that it says online they are 24 hour drive thru. She shakes her head no. There’s literally a sticker on the window in front of her face that says drive thru 24 hours. People are so lazy these days and if I made an issue about them closing early I’d worry about the food prep. This location is clearly poorly managed. If you’re going to close at 11 that’s fine I get it. But change your signs and your website. Don’t waste your time going to this location. In fact, if you’re in the area, go to Taco Bell down the street. They’re at least honest people.
