Mcdonald's

This McDonald's has the lowest prices of all the McDonald's I have visited. Some days their drive thru can be bogged down. But for the most part they can be pretty efficient. They got my order very wrong. However that day they were short handed and it was only 1 time. This McDonald's is my 1st choice because of their prices.

My experience with McDonald's was pretty bad tonight, I know they were short staff and I patiently waiting 45 minutes for my food, only the drive thru was open and as I pulled to the window they shut down the second drive thru, I did call the manager and ask if I could just pull up and order my food, they yelled NO, and hung up on me, I waited 15 minutes call back, they just hung up, finally they took my order, when I got to the window for my food, they basically just threw it at me, so when I got home I looked at my son sandwich, and it was raw, I had to finish cooking it so he wouldn't get sick, my daughter nuggets was raw, so I just threw them out, it's sad how they treat their customers, poor management.

I ordered 4 meals. They got NONE of them correct. They didn't have apple slices or yogurt for the kid's meals, they told me they would add extra fries. There were no extra fries and they forgot the dipping sauces. I ordered a bacon cheese burger, got a regular cheese burger even though they charged me for the bacon. The fries were cold and the burgers had been under the heat lamp so long the buns were hard. This isn't the first issue we've had at this location. We won't be using them again.
